Golden Gate Water Pros sells residential water filtration equipment, including under-sink reverse osmosis and whole-home filtration systems, in our San Francisco, California service area. Quotes provided on the phone or in writing describe the specific equipment included. Golden Gate Water Pros does not perform, contract for, supervise or guarantee installation. Installation is arranged, contracted and paid for by you directly with an independent licensed plumber of your choosing, who quotes, schedules and completes the installation with you. You may use any appropriately licensed plumber. Any plumber options or installation instructions we provide are for your convenience only.
Pricing communicated to you applies to the equipment described in your quote and is for equipment only. Applicable tax and any delivery charge are confirmed in your quote before purchase. Additional equipment requested by you may change the final price, which we will communicate before anything is ordered. Installation is priced separately by the plumber you hire. A quote becomes a binding agreement when you accept it and sign the accompanying purchase agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Gate Water Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under a signed purchase agreement or applicable consumer protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
